The 医療監修

物語の医療描写を考えるための、補助資料と確認の手がかり。
合同会社Ainstansが提供する、架空の創作を対象としたサービスです。

できること

小説・脚本などの架空の場面や原稿について、医学用語や描写を検討するための参考資料を検索し、関連する抜粋と資料の制約を返します。接続先のClaudeやChatGPTなどのAIが、その資料と場面の条件をもとに説明や推敲案を作り、必要に応じて不足する設定を確認します。

資料の読み方と限界

返された資料は補助情報です。資料が見つかったことだけで、原稿の主張や診断が医学的に確認されたことにはなりません。出典の該当箇所、対象とする国・時点・用途、引用・利用条件を確認する必要があります。海外の資料をそのまま日本の診療手順や職務範囲の根拠にはできません。

資料で確認できない点は未確認として扱います。AIによる説明や推敲案を含め、医学的な正しさを保証するサービスではなく、医師による個別の監修契約も提供していません。

創作だけを対象にしています

実在する人の診断・治療・服薬・緊急時の判断には利用できません。実在患者の診療録、個人を識別できる情報、パスワードなどの認証情報は送信しないでください。原稿は、ご自身に利用・送信する権限のあるものに限ります。

Claudeで使う / Use with Claude

利用には、The 医療監修の利用権が有効なAinstans会員アカウントが必要です。

  1. Claudeのカスタムコネクタ追加画面で、名前に「The 医療監修」、MCPサーバーURLに https://claude-mcp.ainstans.com/mcp を入力します。
  2. 認証方法の選択が表示されたら「今すぐサインイン」、OAuthクライアントは「自動的に登録」を選びます。
  3. Ainstansの画面で、利用権のある既存アカウントにログインします。表示された連携先と利用内容を確認し、ご自身の判断で接続を許可します。
  4. 「接続サービスへ戻る」が表示されたら、画面に案内される期限内に押してClaudeへ戻ります。許可しただけでは接続が完了していない場合があります。
  5. Claudeで接続済みになったことを確認し、新しい会話でThe 医療監修を有効にして、下の創作用プロンプトを試します。
Connection steps in English

You need an existing Ainstans account with an active entitlement to The 医療監修.

  1. Open Claude's custom connector setup. Enter “The 医療監修” as the name and https://claude-mcp.ainstans.com/mcp as the MCP server URL.
  2. If authentication choices are shown, choose sign-in now and automatic OAuth client registration (DCR).
  3. Sign in to your entitled Ainstans account. Review the displayed destination and access details before authorizing the connection.
  4. If the “接続サービスへ戻る” (Return to connected service) button appears, use it within the time shown to return to Claude. Authorization alone may not complete the connection.
  5. Confirm that Claude shows the connector as connected. Enable it in a new conversation and try a fictional example below.

参照資料の詳しい確認

現代日本の創作場面で、医師が倒れた人物の初期評価を行う。診断を断定せず医学的根拠を確認し、返された根拠があれば最初の1件の詳細も教えて。

In a fictional scene set in contemporary Japan, a doctor performs an initial assessment of a person who has collapsed. Look for supporting medical references without assuming a diagnosis; if any references are returned, explain the first one in more detail.

返された資料の出典・対象・時点・留保を確認してください。資料が返ったことは、原稿の医学的な正しさや個別の主張が検証済みであることを意味しません。適切な資料がない点や、場面の条件が不足している点は未確認のまま残ることがあります。

Check each source's scope, date and limitations. Retrieval does not by itself verify a medical claim. Unsupported points and missing scene conditions may remain unresolved. This service is for fiction, not personal diagnosis, treatment or real patient records.

接続・利用で困ったとき / Troubleshooting

Ainstansへログインできない
登録時のアカウントとログイン方法を確認してください。解決しない場合はサポートへお問い合わせください。パスワードや認証コードは問い合わせ本文に含めないでください。
許可したが接続が終わらない
Ainstansに「接続サービスへ戻る」が表示されていれば、案内された期限内に押してください。期限切れの場合はClaudeで新しく接続を開始してください。
利用できない・利用期間終了
Ainstansのアカウント画面に表示される利用状態・期限を確認し、必要に応じてサポートへ連絡してください。接続済み表示だけで利用権が有効とは限りません。
コネクタが使われない
接続済みか、当該会話で有効か、入力が創作の医療描写に関するものかを確認してください。天気など無関係な質問や、実在者への診断・服薬相談は対象外です。
資料が見つからない
創作上の国・時代・場面の条件を補足してください。資料がない場合は未確認として扱い、診断や医学的保証として使わないでください。
権限・組織ポリシーで拒否される
表示された理由に従い、管理者または利用サービスのサポートへ確認してください。
Troubleshooting in English
  • Cannot sign in: check your registered account and sign-in method. Contact support if needed; never send passwords or verification codes.
  • Authorized but not connected: use the displayed return button before its deadline. If it expires, start a new connection in Claude.
  • Access unavailable or expired: check your Ainstans account's entitlement and expiry, then contact support. A connected status alone does not confirm entitlement.
  • Connector not used: check that it is connected and enabled for the conversation, and that the input concerns medical details in fiction.
  • No suitable source: add the fictional setting's country, era and relevant conditions. Keep unsupported points unresolved.
  • Permission or organization policy denial: follow the displayed reason and contact the administrator or service support.

利用とデータの取扱い

監修機能は、利用権のある既存会員が、対応する接続先でAinstansのアカウントを認証し、連携を許可して利用します。

Ainstansの改善協力は任意で、希望設定の初期値はONです。設定を確認してOFFにでき、OFFでも通常の監修を利用できます。現在は設定の保存のみで、監修本文から改善用データを抽出・蓄積していません。初期ONの表示だけで本文を収集することはありません。将来開始する場合は取扱いを案内し、改めて同意を確認します。接続先のAIサービスの会話保存・学習設定とは別の設定です。

送信された創作上の質問・原稿は、資料との照合と結果の返却のために処理します。通常の監修本文はAinstansの会員・契約管理記録には保存しません。詳しくはプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。

The stored Ainstans improvement preference defaults to ON. Supervision text is not currently extracted or accumulated for improvement. You can inspect the preference and turn it OFF without losing ordinary supervision access. Future collection requires new consent. This preference is separate from Claude's conversation and training settings. See the privacy policy for processing and retention details.
